Your Health Information and Privacy Rights

Your private medical and health history information is important, and we take extra care in safe-guarding it. The Privacy Rule, a Federal law, gives you rights over your health information and sets rules and limits on who can look at and receive your health information. The Office for Civil Rights has teamed up with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services of the National Coordinator for Health IT to create “Your Health Information, Your Rights!”.
